本条款适用于武汉得鹿网络科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）运营的 AdsDesk Google Ads 管理工具。访问或使用 AdsDesk，即表示用户同意遵守本条款。
1. 服务范围
AdsDesk 向经授权人员提供 Google Ads 账号管理、广告系列创建与管理、报告分析和关键词规划功能。具体功能可能随业务需要和 Google Ads API 的变化而调整。
2. 使用资格与授权
用户须有合法权限，才能授权 AdsDesk 访问相关 Google Ads 账号，并且只能在授权范围内操作。不得冒用他人身份、访问无权管理的账号，或绕过安全与权限控制。
3. 账号与操作责任
用户应妥善保护 Google 账号及授权信息，并对其授权下发起的操作负责。预算、出价、广告内容和投放设置的最终决定，以及相应合规责任，由账号所有者或其授权管理者承担。
4. 合理使用
用户不得利用 AdsDesk 从事违法、欺诈、侵权或干扰服务运行的活动，也不得违反 Google Ads 政策、Google API 条款及适用法律。不得尝试反向工程、破坏 AdsDesk，或未经授权访问 AdsDesk。
5. 第三方服务
AdsDesk 使用 Google OAuth 和 Google Ads API，用户同时受 Google 相关服务条款与政策约束。Google 服务的可用性、接口和政策由 Google 控制。
6. 数据与隐私
我们按 AdsDesk 隐私政策处理 Google 用户数据。用户可以随时撤销 Google OAuth 授权，或提出数据删除请求。
7. 服务变更与终止
因安全、合规、维护或业务需要，我们可能变更、暂停或终止部分服务。用户如违反本条款、Google 政策或适用法律，我们可以限制或终止其访问权限。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
我们会采取合理措施维护服务，但不保证服务持续无中断或完全无错误。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对 Google 服务变化、用户配置或未经授权使用等非由我们直接造成的损失承担责任。

AdsDesk Terms of Service
返回中文内容These Terms apply to AdsDesk, the Google Ads management tool operated by Wuhan Delu Network Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing or using AdsDesk, you agree to these Terms.
Service scope
AdsDesk provides authorized users with Google Ads account management, campaign creation and management, reporting, performance analysis and keyword-planning functions. Available functions may change as our business or the Google Ads API changes.
Eligibility and authorization
You must have lawful permission to authorize access to each Google Ads account and may act only within that authorization. You must not impersonate another person, access accounts you have no right to manage, or bypass security or access controls.
Account and operation responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your Google account and authorization information, and for operations initiated under your authorization. Final decisions and compliance responsibilities for budgets, bids, advertising content and campaign settings remain with the account owner or authorized manager.
Acceptable use
You must not use AdsDesk for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or disruptive activities, or in violation of Google Ads policies, Google API terms or applicable law. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, damage or gain unauthorized access to AdsDesk.
Third-party services
AdsDesk uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API. You are also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies. Google controls the availability, interfaces and policies of its services.
Data and privacy
We process Google user data under the AdsDesk Privacy Policy. Users may revoke Google OAuth access or request data deletion at any time.
Service changes and termination
We may change, suspend or terminate parts of the service for security, compliance, maintenance or business reasons. We may restrict or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, Google policies or applicable law.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We take reasonable measures to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by Google service changes, user configuration, unauthorized use or other causes outside our direct control.
